Upskill Yourself Refund Policy


We are very grateful that you’ve purchased our course(s) at Upskill Yourself. We are fully committed to providing patrons with a rewarding experience while they explore and assess our wide variety of training certification courses.


We’re 100% committed to your education and we strive to provide the best possible services we can. However, you may need to cancel our services for whatever reason and its good that you know what makes you eligible for a refund.


Here are the scenarios where you’re eligible for a refund without any hassle at Upskill Yourself.


Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom Training/Instructor-Led Online Training


Upskill Yourself reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change the venue of a class or a similar event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor’s illness, or force-majeure events such as earthquakes, floods, mass instability, etc. If we happen to cancel a class or another Upskill Yourself event for any of these reasons, users will receive a total refund.


If an event is canceled 7 days prior, it will incur a deduction of 10% of the total charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account, so you’ll be able to use it in any way you like in the future. We strive for cancellations never to occur, but sometimes things happen and we prefer to guarantee your health and security, as well as your satisfaction with our services.


If anything ever happens that could compromise the quality of our classes or any other Upskill Yourself events or that could compromise your health and security, we will cancel and give you a complete refund so you can get your value another time.


Cancellation & Refunds for Online Training


If you’ve subscribed to one of our online training courses and you decide to cancel within 48 hours of subscribing, an administration fee of 5% will be deducted by Upskill Yourself. If you cancel after the 48 hours have passed, you won’t receive a refund.


It’s important that you know that the 5% administration fee charged at cancellation will be levied in case of third-party courses, such as MS Share Point and MS Project. The remaining amount will be refunded of course, but only if you’ve made your cancellation within 48 hours of subscribing to an online training course.


Upskill Yourself Refunds: Duplicate Payment


If for whatever reason you have a duplicate payment on one of our over 200 training courses in the IT industry, we will refund the money entirely. You just need to make sure you raise the issue of a duplicate payment with customer support.


In case of a duplicate payment, the money will be refunded and processes via the original payment method you used in 5 to 7 working days. All refunds will be processed within 30 days one the refund request is properly submitted.


For the purpose of transparency, we’ve made our refund request process very simple, easy and quick. You can request a refund for any of the reasons explained here whenever you need and you will have your money back without a hassle.
